This record group includes materials pertaining to procedures on health and safety, memos on department meetings and general staff correspodence for the Administrative Service Department. Records related to Directors William J. Conely (1989-2009) and William J. Conely, Jr. (2009-2012) and Project Manager Judy Vedder(1991-1994).
Purchasing Office
This record group contains records for the purchasing office from 1963-2003. There is a single box containing correspondants and memos for director of purchasing, as well as manuals and prodecures for department. It is organized in chronological order.

This collection contains the personal papers of Fr. Busam and includes his personal correspondence with the Knights of Columbus dating from 1961-1980 as well as legal papers. Additionally, there are invitations and anniversary records and some of these materials pertain to his Golden Julibee as a Jesuit. Additionally, the collections holds family portraits and vacation photographs dating from the 1930s through the 1970s. Most of these are black and white.

This collections contains the papers of Fr. Cahill and includes photographs, correspondence, sermons, newspaper clippings, retreat notes, and homilies. The materials date from the 1920s to the 1980s. Of note, there is a handwritten jouranl with newspaper clippings called "Anthology." It dates to 1929 and has names, prayers and pictures. Additionally, there is materials pertaining to

This collection primarily holds the correspondence of Fr. Dowling and includes letters from family, former students, and other Jesuits dating from 1918 to 1971. There is a folder of letters from Eugene Sullivan dating from the late 1960s and early 1970s. Additionally, the collection hold materials pertaining to his Jubilee as a Jesuit, some of his writings, and photographs.
Rev. Richard P. Burke, S.J. Papers
This collection contains personal papers and correspondence letters dating mostly from the 1970s through the 1980s. Topics include teaching at Holy Cross, the activities of the Holy Cross Jesuit Community, and a donation to the New England Jesuit Province. Additionally, there are Fr. Burke's personal letters. There is also a folder concerning an international trip in 1975. Newspaper clippings and a copy of his death certificate may be found in the collection.
